Not just a person whose basically more trouble than they're worth, corrupt and evil, but they're also literally a fine representation of everything that's currently wrong with the world.
"Money", "Notoriety", and "Power", as well "Themselves" are the ONLY things that Politicians care about. Because they're professional liars, they'll do whatever it takes to get these things.
In addition, Politicians pretend to "care" about less fortunate people or "support" charities, just so they can lie to them and manipulate them or take advantage of them, as well as wrongfully raising taxes to line their pockets, or even passing biased and hypocritical laws that only suits THEM, but not SOCIETY, that don't even make the slightest bit of sense.
Another thing with Politicians, is when bad things happen in the world, they point the finger of blame at whoever they want, just to cause problems.

It is important to realize that politically conscious people mobilize on a wider array of issues than people who identify as being politically woke; meaning there is a strong difference between how people who identify as being politically woke manifest and handle various social and political problems compared to people who identify as being politically conscious. Sometimes they choose not to take part of a particular social movement even while mobilizing on an issue that movement deals with because they realize that movement is prone to having certain problems that they find to be unreasonably discriminatory and or unethical.
Yasmine is aware of what is happening in the government and society, including what various business leaders and politicians are up to. They have mobilized on many occasions to try to correct social and political wrongs committed by the government, certain celebrities, and organizations. They mobilize on issues related to gender equality, LGBTQA rights, racial equality, disability rights, mental health, animal welfare, improving legal protections for deceased individuals, and increasing political diversity by trying to get more politicians from nonmainstream political parties elected. While they support the Me Too movement, they don’t back the Its on Us campaign because of the political bias that movement has. They consider themself to be politically conscious.

As the political spectrum was quite unreflective of a lot of factors, they added a y/social axis to the current x/economic axis. A great example of why this is better than the plain old spectrum is France’s National front. It is often dubbed as “the far right party of France”, however, a lot of its economic policies are further left than the socialist party, so, it would give a lot more context to its beliefs. Authoritarianism tends to believe in government control, while libertarianism tends to believe in less government. Economic left tends to believe in spending more money and being open to progression, while conservatism tends to believe in cutting spending, and taking a cautious approach to progression. This has resulted in left wingers believing in equality and conservatism believing in hierarchy.
