Neber is a swedish slang equivalent to the slang nibba. It originates from the swedish word neger, which would translate to nigger or nigga. It basicly is used the exact same way as the english word nibba

White folk: What up NEBER?!

Black folk: Did you just say neger?!

White folk: No, lol, I said "NEBER"!

Black folk: OK, we cool, my NEBER.

A term a person uses to refer to a black friend. More so used by white people who feel more entitled or privileged because they have a black. Often a less vulgar substitute for 'Nigga'.
