Sometimes because they cant get girls from their own school, or because the selection of girls at their school is bad. They then proceed to get their number and text them non-stop. Once you get one, the easier it is to get more and more and more and more. Usually never actually seeing them in person. Sometimes refereed to as "Creepin'"
