A boyfriend who is astronomically infatuated with his girlfriend. Common symptoms of becoming a bitch-boyfriend include frequent overprotective behavior and constant communication of his affection, as if he's constantly peeing over a bush to mark his territory. Bitch-boyfriends will usually lose all masculinity and become paranoid of the possible loss of the relationship. This paranoia is not completely amiss, however, as the female will eventually drop the bitch-boyfriend as a result of his excessive neediness.

Guy 2: Yea I know. Let's go find some friends with genitalia.

A guy that a friend is dating and talks a lot about but you've never met, with the implication that he's not real.
It's a super common phenomenon among gay men, especially when guys are dating someone who is not fully out. However, it's not unheard of among straight women.
In some instances, the situation revolves around the ghost party considering the relationship to be a booty call situation, while the other mistakes this as real romantic interest with a possibility of depth.
