A slime puppy is someone who sexually lacks self-control and somewhat pathetic and that said person would make sexual advances in situations that are typically inappropriate (e.g. at a workplace) towards someone who holds more power.

A variation on the word, cunt. It's someone who is obnoxious and acts like he or she knows everything. Derogatory term for both women and men. Less offensive then calling someone just a cunt.
