Fractional orbital bombardment system

A nuclear launch and delivery system designed to launch a small nuclear payload , by putting a delivery vehicle i.e a satellite , in low geostationary orbit on the target i.e directly above the target to avoid an ABM system ( NORAD & patriot missile system). This system never succeed because Soviet Russia where cheap cunts so none of tests ever worked due to cheap parts / the nuclear delivery vehicle system was under developed and the American army never developed a full country ABM system as NORAD only acted as a early warning system and nuclear arsenal control system.

Just like the FOBS system he is very underpowered and explodes at a random time for no reason , I gonna dump him
