When someone with testicles tucks them between their legs, bends over, and then proudly displays it to an audience. Thus appears the double butt -- your regular butt and a smaller testicle butt.

Double Gazelka

This is kind of like mooning someone but has much more effect. Take your best buddy and you guys get naked and back to back. Then hook your arms together simply and flip over each other’s backs, exposing the full ass , balls, pecker and whatever else. Picture of That going down the street ,kind of like a carnival trick.
