A nut topper is a long phallus or fleshy object that rests above the male nut sack. Often British English speaking gents will use this noun while at the country club or Queen's quarters to not sound so rough or harsh.

Sentence: "James, would you stop staring at my lengthy nut topper and get me a freaking towel!"
