A devastating insult that will greatly damage one's social standing and emotional security. The phrase begins with an unsuspected greeting, followed by "garbage rat." Rodents are often found to carry unwanted diseases, and when associated with disposal they are almost revolting or fear inducing. By comparing a person to this term by instead of using their real name, calling them "garbage rat," this can be greatly insulting.
