A group of people unable and/or unqualified to carry out a specific task.
They have a dangerous mix of imposter syndrome and narcissistic traits so they are not truly aware of how absolutely useless they are.
If you ever have to deal with a Bunch of chancers in business you'll find that they make the most basic tasks completely infuriating.

Because your messaging is bad. It's literally just the monopoly on virtue exhibited by the fundamentalist with a smug, sarcastic twist. You policy is incoherent and often contradictory.
