Smeg on toast

Originating from the classic English breakfast, egg on toast. Smeg on toast is when one collects their dick cheese and proceeds to spread it onto toast. Usually served best with crusty semen too.

Tom: “fancy some smeg on toast”
Dave: “No way dude! Last time I ate smeg on toast I was put into a smeg induced coma”.
