A homeless and jobless person that most likely does favors for people to raise money to support their drug habit and keep a roof over their head. A person who typically sports a backpack a full of meaningless trinkets and smoking tools.

That street urchin Snow over at the 7-11 has been there for hours looking for a ride to her next trick, tunnel location, or dumpster.

An idiom, with figurative and literal meanings; to actively commune with society while promoting the resources of intellect, creativity, entrepreneurialism, and democratic processes to promote positive change, self actualisation, and solidarity.
