Irish Panda

When a pale skinned person spends the whole day out in the sun while wearing sunglasses the entire time. At the end of the day the persons face will be sunburned except for the circles around their eyes where the sunglasses were, keeping them nice and pale, resembling the circles around the eyes of a Panda Bear.

Panda On Top!

Normally a word used to call yourself a retard or single you like child games at an adult age. People that normally say this just want attention and take child games really seriously. It may also signal that you should feel bad for them anytime they unironically say this.

Amarion shouts "Lol! Panda On Top!" in a depressed tone after immediately being shunned and joked by his friends. Amarion just wanted empathy and wanted to be acknowledged for his sadness.

inverse panda

To have contrastingly untanned skin around one's eyes as opposed to the tan on the rest of one's face (usually caused due to regular use of sunglasses or swim goggles) hence the name inverse panda.
