reality television

A mutated bread of documentry television that was once inovative, but today is a faux depiction of life, with scripted lines, and ignorant participants. Shows are typically pumped with drama, alcohol and sex. Reality tv is partially responsable for the downfall of American society.

The MTV show "the Real World" is a prime example of reality television. This show places 7 random strangers in a house in order to depict "reality". The show focuses on the housemates' adventures at parties, the sexual escapades they participate in, and their drunken rage.

reading the bible

When people only read one part of a larger text, and completely miss the point. This happens a lot in many contexts. Some people even use parts of bible passages to do things that aren't actually good if they were to read the complete passage.

Reading

A lifeless suburban upper-middle class town 10 minutes outside of Boston full of snobby parents and teenage stoners everywhere who drive around and listen to dave matthews all day. Weekends are full of random houses and woods to booze in for fun and lots of cops who have nothing better to do but catch you.

The RDG. Home Of the Reading Rocket Lenny Moore. Train Tracks allover the place like dead bodies. The city has a strong ethnic population. Many suburban preps try to act like they reppin the true 610. But they wack ass don't want 2 step in the hood.Cause they afraid ta gets shot XD.
The place got malls b-ball courts and a taste for hiphop, reggaeton, and mostly crime. Known by many, Hated by all.

The moment when you are highly inebriated and significantly high and then having an serious epiphany about the sad reality. Suddenly, you have a brain fart, mini heart attack, dull vision, and an ominous noise in your ear and you cannot focus or concentrate on the reality.

-sexy time with le girlfriend with no protection.
guy - "i am done. That was good babe."
girl - "i thought you gonna tap me before you come."
guy - "Sorry, it was a quickie. Aren't you on birth control?"
girl - "No, i have stopped taking them."

followed by a moment of awkward moment.

Reading

Home of emos, punks,goths, and lots (and I mean LOTS) of stoner grunge kids. Bad shopping,no music scene,basically the suburban version of London.
Also,lots of snobby rich kids who are *down* with grindie and worsip Alex Turner,even though they've never set foot on a council estate in their lives.
Strangely chav free town.Rumours persist they were hunted down and burned in a 1800s' style way.

Reading:Suburbia in denial.
"Wow,look at that seven year old kid smoking pot and rocking out to Velvet Underground CDs! He's a PRO,man!"

"Let's go to Reading!"
"Meh..."
