A common response people use for annoying, small, or silly questions. The phrase "ur mom" probably came from yo mama jokes which have been around longer than many of us have been. "ur mom" is, simply put, an extraordinary creation. People who use this phrase are highly intelligent contrary to popular belief.
person 1: hey, have you seen my glasses?
person 2: no, but you know who has?
person 1: who??
person 2: ur mom
(this is the only thing i could think of even tho, i too, use this intelligent phrase daily)
