"kenneth" is derived from a Gaelic name meaning "handsome". languages tend to evolve and meanings of words tend to change as time moves forward. just like how "gay" isn't exactly "happy" anymore, "kenny" isn't exactly "handsome". often regarded as "ogre" or "jumpscare", a "kenny" typically has at least 250 restraining orders against him and assault charges on different men, women, and children in each city/town he has visited due to severe trauma and stress simply caused by having him in your field of vision. not only is "kenny" short for "kenneth", "kenny" is also short in other aspects of his physical being.
