A suffix used for musical genres you wouldn't even know about if it weren't for all that watered-down commercial wannabe mtv/hot topic crap, hipster fags who don't have a life besides advertising which bands they listen to on messageboards over the net cause they think others would be "damn, he listens to such un-mainstream stuff!" so they could finally feel like individuals, as well as the bunch of trendy-ass pussy high school teenagers who think it is "cool" to listen to unpopular bands they and their lame-ass tool of a best friend would have never even known of a couple of years ago.
