Both of a term for a cool item. An item that has been improved or made of interest.
Also a term for paranoid or feeling tripped up.

Guy1: look my skateboard is tricked out just like my new unlocked phone
Guy2: wow I'm feeling tricked out right now because the beast just heard you

To the MAX. When something has been "tricked out" it has be modified to its fullest potential. BUT something that is not completly modified can be reffered to as "tricked out" as long as it looks and funcitons decently
