A generalized genre of music referring to "newer" mainstream punk. From the tendancy of breakout punk bands in the last several years to include numbers in their name (i.e. Blink-182, Sum 41, etc). However, a band does not have to include a number in it's name to be considered "number punk"; the genre in general references popular punk, in most cases signed to a major record label. Read: good music.

Slang for pain pills. While you do get excellent wood on pain pills, it takes FOREVER to come. You could say your dick is numb.

2. The 6-9 combination in pool, especially 9 ball.

1. Wow! She won the match 100-73 and had advanced to the finals. No one thought she'd pull it off when she was down 73-31. She performed the magic number---69 and out! One hell of a run!!!
2. Look! All I have to do is hit the magic number and I win this rack. The 6-9 combination--ooh, la la, so soon!
No wonder those two are so quiet: they must be performing the magic number on each other

1: A mythical figure whom possesses math skills of a much higher level than that of an average mortal man. (Believed by some to have the ability to solve complex quadratic equations with minimal expenditure of time and/or physical exertion.)
2: One whom has the ability to go medieval on that seemingly unsolvable and obscure "The train left the station" problem's ass.
