Someone is "doing a Trump" if they throw an extended and disproportionate hissy fit when they lose. Especially applicable if they're an adult and really should know better. Often accompanied by unfounded accusations of underhand activity supposedly carried out by their opponents, and/or false boasts about being the winner.
Usually the effect of "doing a Trump" is to make them look far worse than simply losing could ever do.

Donnie's just lost at poker and he's been doing a Trump for the last half hour. Hahaha, now he's calling everyone else cheaters and saying he's the real winner!
Yeah I'll play Mario Cart with you, as long as you don't do a Trump like last time, 'k?

a veiled threat, to 'make someone do magic' means you will make them fly (as in off a tall building), make them disappear (as in go missing indefinitely), or get sawed in half (as in literally cut in fucking half) or stay under water for 10 minutes (as in drowned in fucking water)
fuck with me again, i'll make you do magic.

Often when an adult snortingly grumbles that, "Even a baby could do it!" when a child either doesn't understand instructions or is too timid/weak to perform some action, the truth is that the grownup is **himself** not able to explain or carry out the task, either, and so he is merely trying to make himself feel better by verbally putting down the poor innocent child. Pathetic.

Child: “Mother, father what are the loud bangs consign from your room?”
Mother: “ oh we are just doing the Fortnite dear”
