A white dude who acts black. Usually they wear joggers and snapback hats. They alwayse have on Hi-top shoes or nike sandles. They call eachother "nigga" and somehow aren't racist.

Normal white guy: Hey dude, your a wigger.

Wigger: What da fuck you mean lil boiii don't make me get my niggas to come and roast yo ass!

Normal white guy: What a fag!

Originally a term used for Irish people due to them being treated almost as poorly as the blacks were during the mid-late 1800's. Means White-Nigger and is now used to describe urban white youths who appropriate hip-hop or "black" culture.
