Technology Vampire

The term Technology Vampire comes from IRC and refers to someone who comes into a channel and begins to suck the life out of the channel by asking question after question after question. Once the Vampire has sucked the channel dry the Vampire disappears. Most often this kind of Vampire comes from Romania but have been know to come from elsewhere.

<Vampire> Hi, I want to make a web site, how do I do that?
<Regular> You need a web server with the proper extentions and then you code the pages.
<Vampire> How do I set up a server like that?
<Regular> Do you have Linux or a server version of windows?
<Vamipre> Whats linux?
<Regular> Do you know any web languages?
<Vamipre> I'm not sure what those are. What are some of them?
<Regular> What kind of web site do you want?
<Vamipre> I'm not real sure what I want.

The Vamps

The Vamps are a British pop rock band consisting of Brad Simpson (lead vocals and guitar), James McVey (lead guitar and vocals), Connor Ball (bass guitar and vocals) and Tristan Evans (drums and vocals).2 They first gained fame in late 2012 with cover songs uploaded to YouTube, leading to comparisons with One Direction and being labelled as a boy band.34 They were signed to Mercury Records in November 2012.5 They supported McFly on their Memory Lane Tour in early 2013, and also performed at festivals around the UK as support acts for artists such as Demi Lovato, The Wanted, JLS, Little Mix and Lawson.67 "Can We Dance" was released as The Vamps' debut single in September 2013, which peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart.8 Their second single "Wild Heart" was released on 18 January 2014 and peaked at number three. Their third single "Last Night" was released on UK radio on 24 February 2014 and digital download on 6 April 2014. Their debut album Meet the Vamps was released on 14 April 2014.9 In February 2014, the Vamps released "Wild Heart" as their debut single in the US and Canada. The Vamps have launched their own record label Steady Records and they are working in partnership with EMI/Universal on the offshoot, and the first act signed was the American band The Tide.10 The Vamps released their second studio album Wake Up on 27 November 2015.

Those who feed on energy.. There's two types: psi (also known as pranic) and blood (also known as sanguine). A person can be both. Sanguine vamps take in energy through blood, they get their blood from donors; who are ready, willing, and have been tested for dieases and such in the blood... psi vamps pull energy out of people and into themselves, through visualation. We are not immortal, we are not dead, garlic does not hurt us anymore than it hurts you, the sun can't kill us; but for some is irritating (extremely for me..), and anybody can be killed with a stake.... duh.
