Get the HELP, HELP ME!mug. One of the hardest things to ask for, but also one of the most important things to ask for. Help can be hard and may require multiple attempts to gain but you can do it! Help is assistance someone or something that is able to guide, or provide a benefit or solution to your issue or problem. Help can be asked for and when given can provide knowledge or even happiness or sometimes can change a person's life forever.

Get the Helpmug. The misinterpretation of someone's genuine efforts to problem-solve, provide solutions, or meet goals as being negative or pessimistic. Often encountered in workplaces or group projects where constructive feedback is misconstrued as criticism.
Every time I suggest a way to improve our process, they label me as "negative". I'm just trying to make things work better!
