The New Orleans Shine Dome is when your are in the presence of a person with less hair than the average person has on their head for example a receding hair line or just being bald.So when your with them either a light or the sun catches their head and shines in your face which can cause a lot of discomfort.

Then proceed to rub the nut that was shot upon the human in to the area. Once rubbed in let the nut fired to crust and then once that step is complete repeat until fully satisfied and content.
