In a crowded room full of people, men will have the uncanny talent of scoping out the hottest T & A in the room like the accuracy and annoyance of a radar speed gun. This is paired with the never-nonchalant stare and whiplash to the neck when the TAdar senses a new specimen enter the room.

Jennifer was having a great time on her date until David's TAdar was set off by the striking blonde who entered the bar. Ding ding ding! We now have one case of whiplash to the neck and one annoyed date.
