Born in a reddit thread about a german FDP politician named Martin Neumaier doing all kinds of weird 'sexual' stuff to unsuspecting toilet appliances like mildly licking of a pissoir, licking a toilet brush and, for matter of this definition, drawing a hitler moustache out of feces of human origin.
