Fluser

A person who failed to take advantage of all the seasonal flu shots and prevention opportunities given by their employer and local governments, and as a result, contracts the flu.

Danny's health insurance offers free flu shots, but due to his procrastinating, he missed out on getting his shot, and completely forgot about it. Now he's in bed whining about how lousy the flu makes him feel, and wallowing in his own mucus. What a fluser he is!
