Short for "Fireworks out my ass". Can be used as a reaction to something funny that makes "fireworks come out my ass" or when actual fireworks come out of ones ass.

Example 1:
Person 1 "Brooooo so I hit him right in the face ye. Bare ass n all"

Person 2 " FOOMA BRO!!!"

Example 2
Person 1 "BRO THERE IS FIREWORKS COMING OUT FROM SOMEWHERE BEHIND YOU"

Person 2 "FOOMA!!!"
