A game and past time originated in the 860 (Tolland, CT) where a bunch of chill kids pass around a waterbottle or ball. The purpose is to catch and pass with one hand, but have it travel around your back, over your head, or under a leg. Basically don't it stop, just flow like water.
James: Another gas leak at the school? Lets get a circle and flow.
OR
Dylan: Now I just can't pass up some good flowing can I

A male player of a "preppy" sport, such as lacrosse, tennis, rows crew, or, in some cases, hockey. Said person usually has lots of long, seemingly perfect hair that flows out of the hat or helmet. When not covered, they tend to do hair flips. Not to be confused with bro. Also, tend to have great biceps, pecs, abs, and asses that get them lots of girls.

The slang usuage of "Flow" in Hip-Hop changed thru out the years. its meaning is constantly evolving thru out the generations. but some people today still use the old terms to express certain things cuz theres no words for what they are trying to say. but here are when they came around... the dates maybe off a year or two.
(1989 to 1996) To rap fast in a straight line and to roll your tongue to make it sound even faster. back in the early 90's this technique was the newest thing to do and hardly heard in a Rap song.
(1996 to 2005) To "Rap." at this time it was simplified and bastardized to its simplist meaning.
(2005 to now) To Rap with a Unique Melodic Rap Style.

A state of mind reached while dancing. Can be applied to any form of dance art, but is primarily used to describe freestylers "flowing" with the music. In this state of mind, it seems like the music is telling your body what to do, and you just go with it. While emotionally in this state all worries, fears, insecurities seem to melt away, reality fades as it becomes just you and the music. Physically, one feels as though they can keep on dancing, and their movements are natural and without thought. These two states combine as one to describe the state of flowing. Flowing can be reached sober or under the influence of a substance, and in this state NOBODY IS A BAD DANCER, regardless of skill level as the main point of flowing is feeling the music and enjoying one's self.
I was totally FLOWING to that last track!
Did you see that guy/girl flowing with the music?
Man, just flowing is so much fun.
