buzz over

the hang overs hot cousin. when you wake up after a night of drinking, you find yourself feeling great, very witty, and with a lot of energy, and after a little, you realize you're not completely drunk, but a little buzzed still. this is the wonderful buzz over. you can ride it out or keep drinking and be drunk in less than a couple drinks

dude i'm buzzed i'm buzzed over, lets start drinking!
so lucky i'm buzzed over and not hung over
i never get hang overs, just buzz overs
i woke up so buzzed over that if i drove i'd get a dui!

To get high from someone who is smoking a joint near you.

You are at a concert or other function, not doing drugs. Someone next to you is smoking a joint and you get a contact buzz because you breathe in the cannabis saturated air around you.
