There is not reason not to hate the Jews. Maybe if they stopped lying all the fucking time they would stop being hated by everyone the interact with since the dawn of recorded history. So yes, Arabs are semites. However, the term antisemitism refers to prejudice/hatred towards the Jews, as defined in the dictionary and used by most of people. However, the term itself was invented by an anti-Jewish bigot.

Hatred against Arabs is called anti-arabism, or anti arab settlement.

One may hate Jews but not neccessarily hate semitic people, however when they do they usually do, if they’re white/anglo saxon/east asian or anything but arab or semitic
