Snowboarding term. When riders acquire sore legs from the act of gaining momentum by jumping or moving hips back and forth on flat or uphill surfaces.

DUDE MAN! I can't snowboard today because I have a bad case of scooch leg! I can barely walk!

No way I'll be able to do anything ill off of that sweet kicker dude. My scooch leg is makin it tough to even turn in these freshies.
