A high-pitched fart of medium to long duration that produces a buzzing sound, usually formed by a tight sphincter. Like its namesake, the pottywasp usually dies after stin(k)ging once, but some breeds can attack several innocent bystanders before their lifespan ends.

Potty Flop

The action of incomplete sitting upon a toilet in the aftermath of a leg workout. Often painful, this effect can last for 1-3 days. Depending on the severity of the potty flop, the afflicted trainee may get as little as 20 degrees into a knee bend before giving up and bruising their buttocks on the toilet seat.

"Those ass-to-grass squats gave me such bad potty flop! I didn't get halfway down before falling!"
