Circadian Overflow Reset

The act of fixing or changing one's sleep schedule by going to sleep later rather than earlier. Most commonly done by staying up all night and the next day, then going to bed at the desired time.

At the end of summer break I usually do a circadian overflow reset to get my sleep schedule normal again

The inherent fear when you've just taken a big dump and flushed the toilet, that the water is going to spill over the edge of the bowl because you've clogged the toilet.

I had a severe case of overflowbia at my in-laws as I saw toilet water rising towards the rim of the bowl.
