The Khalil is a wonderful state, with the President being "Master Khalil". He is the ruler of the state, and doesn't allow taxes, inflation and proper grammar. He also has a term "G.O.A.T" (Greatest of all time). Anyone is welcome to his state unless you disrespect or an anti of him. The official mascot of his state is a TV remote, as you are welcomed to break in to peoples houses and eat their TV remote. This state is more popular than the U.S as people who currently live in the U.S are planning to move there as plane flights have been overbooked packed with flights to his state.
