History: A great man once lived name Haghani. He used to be an academically gifted student and in order to make some money, he used to sell his notes and resources to his classmates for stupidly high prices. The best part? They would buy it as they knew his work was one of a kind. Outside the field of academics, he was a "goofy" person meaning he would do stupid shit and act stupidly.

To basically summarize the word, to be a haghani means to be a goofy person who is academically talented and goes around dealing notes and resources.
