Cheapskate

A person who tries extremely hard to save money, usually at the expense of the health and safety of themselves and the people around them.

These people often have a steady income and are perfectly capable of not going out of their way to save small amounts of money, but choose to anyway for the sole purpose of it being their personal passion. This greatly affects their relationships and quality of life.

Jessica is such a cheapskate! She's been reusing the same boiling water for 2 whole years!

Someone who tells a girl in a relationship he's falling for her during the same time he hits on another girl and also have 0 self respect to go back to both of them even after being outrightly rejected hoping for either the girl to change her mind or the other's relationship to fail.
