Someone who is a complete nerd/geek, who plays Counter-Strike (CS) therefore this makes them feel they know everything about the military, when in reality they actually know very little as far as tactics and discipline. And they will never be able to join because they lack the physical prowess and emotiontional/mental hardness.

CS Player

A person who enjoy's playing a computer game and is often the target of 1 million and 1 pay-outs, usualy made by people with an IQ smaller than there underwear size who obviously have problems in their day-to-day lives and decide to vent their frustration by creating interesting analogys and applying them to CS Players. Usualy they themselves suffer from or are an example of said analogys.

A person who plays counter-strike is a CS Player.

Twitch chat usually spams this when a streamer plays dota 2 and is not on par with the perfect skill that the twitch chat has. Since the skill level of the streamer is so much lower than the entire twitch chat, (s)he/it will miss an occasional last hit.
