A person who does something idiotic and/ or obnoxious.

Derives from the Japanese phrase ”文法エラー”, (Bunpoera) meaning grammatical error. This highlights the type of person to not care for grammatical mistakes, making them idiotic and obnoxious, however, the term can be used outside of grammatical mistakes.
