They believe the baby bump is really a prosthetic or a pillow. They sometimes refer to the baby as a pillow after it's born too. Believers spin complex conspiracy theories to explain why the celebrity would agree to faking becoming a parent.

Probably a derivative of the Obama birther movement and speculation Beyonce faked her pregnancy.

Coined by the blogger The Hunter Hype Report to describe people who believe Benedict Cumberbatch's admittedly bitchy wife faked her pregnancy as a way to explain why his wife has treated him like he's a piece of shit on the red carpet since they began dating.

"Those stupid ass pillow heads have contacted the actor's agent telling him they're onto them and know the baby is fake. They're telling the agent his career is over if he doesn't admit there is no baby. What a bunch of psycho stalker fans."
