Corny flakes is used to describe a person who avoid parties and other social gatherings even if they say they are going and if you force them to going they will try to use corny jokes to lighten the mood but it doesn't work.

Person 1: "Hey dude wanna join us in this party we are going to."
Person 2: "Heck yeah I'm totally going."
Person 1: "Where the fuck are they."
Person 1:"He fucking corny flake on me didn't he."
