A redundant insult that is used by fans of poorly performing football clubs to call out fans of clubs that perform better than their own in order to make excuses for their own petty bitterness.
Look at all those Arsenal, Man Utd/City fans, they're all a bunch of glory supporters and only support them because they're constantly winning. My team is facing relegation each season so that makes me a real football fan, unlike those posers.
(This particular fan's team was in the top 3 regularly 10 years ago, so at one stage that insult would have been used against them.)

A poor person in a movie about rich people who only exists to teach the wealth-scarred protagonist(s) how to feel or act like humans
“Sam has such a loving family and he’s got his act together. It’s almost like he’s the rich guy instead of Derrick”
“Sam’s family showed up once on screen, and he has no problems or personality of his own. He’s just an emotional support poor.”

The opposite of a jab. Instead of giving something a stab, you give it a supportive tickle when you aren’t sure.
Person 1: can you take a stab at this and help me out?
Person 2: I don’t know how good I’ll be but I’ll give you a supportive tickle
