A body type that is of a slim figure but hasn't got enough muscle to tone out the body so they look 'soft.' A skinny-fat body type can become more toned by doing resistance training and consuming a lot of protein, with a very slight calorie surplus. Remember you don't have to change the way you look for anything but your own happiness❤️
