a) you are viewing a page on lj, myspace, friendster, flicker, a blog, or some other self-publishing/publicizing site
b) the subject is wearing a serious, seductive, pouty, or emo expression
c) the subject is complete with hipster clothes and / or hoodie, dark eye makeup, tousled hair, and some kind of prop or accessory ( ie, huge earrings, guitar, pet, trucker hat )
d) cam whores are usually identified by the tell-tale missing-forearm, a side-effect of holding a camera and pointing it at yourself. the alternate side-effect is a shot of the cam whore sitting in front of a desktop computer, looking off slightly to the left or right, with their hand placed on a mouse, in really bad lighting, due to the nature of computer cams

This person will flit from group to group of people at a gathering and act like great buddies with all of them. despite their popular appearance, social whores are often left 'out of the loop' for the simple reason that everbody thinks they belong to somebody else.

an individual, usually a female, who feels the need to use the photo editing program Picnik to put effects and/or stupid clip art on their pictures that usually makes them look trashy rather than enhance the photo. Often the picnik whore will use a picture of them and a friend to show how popular they are. Peace signs and sticking out your lips like a retarded kid are compulsory. Often when text is put on the pictures, it's one of a few things:

-"bestiess <3333333"
-"THATS HOW WE ROLL <3333"
-"were such freakssss <333"
-any other thing an adolescent white girl would type.
