Commonly used by 14-year-old British bitches on the Internet as a replacement for "me" in attempt to sound fancy and British. Other fancy-sounding variants include "ish", "dis", "mah", "fren" (friend).
These type of kids tend to overuse text emotes such as "XD" or ";-;" (crying face) to the point where you're contemplating suicide.

MEH, the word has long been used as a simple word to denote a lack of care or interest; apathy if you like. However it has recently resurfaced to mean something new. An emotional term "MEH" is, and is now known to mean: Melt Eternal Hearts. Used by the alternative community to describe their feelings towards bands and characters they aspire or admire.

Taking a popular franchise like Star Wars or Doctor Who and making it boring by turning it into progressive propaganda device. Typically it features unrealistically competent "minority" groups like female lead of Force Awakens or Last Jedi, the character being so characteristic, simplistic and cartoonish that it generates its own popular names, like "Mary Sue" in this case.
