Someone (especially those with overhanging buck-teeth) who cannot resist the urge to fall over into a metal-sheet gate, leaving a dent, damaging the innocent gate/fence.

I just saw gate licker this morning, I’ve warned people to keep an eye on their fences.

A person who will say and do anything that their comrade, higher rank or friend does. For example a random person might call you "gay", the ass licker will also then say "yeah you're gay". If you find an ass licker make sure you run away as fast as you can because now you have 2 retards in front of you.

Usually refers to people who believe the police aren't necessarily evil.
