A nasty person. Usually, a female. There is a Nasty Ratchet and a Ghetto Ratchet. A ghetto ratchet is down to "throw hands". A nasty ratchet is a down as bitch, yet she knows the legal boundary(s).

She was normal, then she had a couple drinks. She turned up to be a Nasty ratchet.
