Keep pulling it for 1 more second to draw in some air, then hold your breath for a moment, and exhale slowly through your nose.

Get the dabmug. It is a dance that consists of putting either arm outstretched to one side of your body while also bending the other arm inwards and tucking your head behind the elbow. It was originally created as a dance which black people used but then, white children found out how 'hip' and 'cool' it was and created a new form of autistic dancing.
