"Your limping sister" - phrase similar by meaning to "you mother f.." or "you son of a b..." but considered as least severe.
Another version of it is "In'al ahotha hatsolaat" - where "in'al" is result of arabic language influence and add the whole phrase more power and significance.
Sometimes used as an answer in case a person don't want to reveal a real one and prefer to stop the questions.
