(Adjective ) Someone is said to gara on scums When they are, without any plausible deniability, and 100% certainty willing to engage in sexual acts and other perversions, regardless of how long they may have known the receiver of said acts, or disregarding what the receiver may look like. Someone who is only occasionally this sexually perverse, but not at all times. Can be labelled as simply "on scums'

Scum Dumb

A person who is scum and who believes themselves to be scum smart, but in reality they are so stupid they would try and claim for disability benefit and home help from someone they work out with at the Gym

They are definitely scum dumb as they tried to make an insurance claim for new carpet claiming it was damaged by Penguin that flew in through the window
